Doubt how to change item

Folks in Craft files have the attack boxes, I wanted to know how do I change what goes out of them or how do I find the function for me to change and put more items coming out of that box.

In the executables of the Craft serverfiles, have an item called Attack Box, when you click it randomly gives you an item.

My question is, how do I change the item out of this box, it is a premiun item.

Look for another premium item that have a similar function.
