IP's inside the game.exe / PTReg.rgx

Hello,

As you maybe know, there are some games with a KPTTrans section, which includes the IP the game.exe will connect to.
I would like to know if it's possible to change this thing back to normal (= the game.exe takes the IP inside the PTReg.rgx SERVER1= SERVER2= SERVER3= thingy)
