I need of the kPt sever and client files default without user's modifications

Now game in the official server of the Priston Tale Brazil. I am wanting to set up a server offline so that I can workout and to test builds. Therefore, I want to set up a server with everything default as well as the official. I want to know where get the files of the server and client default without other users modifications (Items, Drop Rate, XP default).
