Thanks and i got server running and etc but how do i get the ice items and i cant access the ice mine .

I've the same problem, you need to fix them with Hex Editor (if i remember). The items are actually inside the the game. (For example, try to spawn a "Diamond Axe" or a "Great Bow" you will see that some files are replaced.
