Well it was useless asking on the FGnetwork about it since people want to be all secretive about it... but I have a tga unpacker for PT skin files to make it readable... I was wondering what ways I have to do to re-pack it to become readable to pt again?...

I was making packers/depackers but I haven't yet finished, because one format seems to be tougher to others. which format you need to encode?

.tga since that's what the head skins are made out of :b

No you don't need to repack them
I have custom login stuff already and it works great
