Anyone excited for the 2012 Summer Olympics? Anyone either going to London to watch it or is already there and going to watch it live?

I live in Andover, and quite near to London but all tickets have been sold already. There are few left (I guess) and well expensive so I'll just watch it live in TV.

I so wanna watch it all this year but I'm heading into my final year of school...and that means study!

Since my home city wasn't picked for a football stadium, I won't be watching the football.

I'll probably just watch bits here and there. I have no preference in sport. I'll be rooting for the South Africans though!

I'm kinda excited but I'm more worried about how it is going to be where I live. As bucks is so close to London and traveling in doesn't cost that much I predict that there is going to be a lot of people staying in my town. They even built 3 hotels for it.

I loved are Ceremony, it was different and nice i like it.At the moment China is in the lead with 6 medals.

Btw, Men's Team USA Basketball have a game later 2:30pm (GMT+1) London. Exactly 4 hours and 49mins before the game will start. Can't wait! ^^

I thought it started out boring, but then was pretty cool as it showed England go through the industrial age and so forth.

A lot of it was pretty bad though. I didn't care for the stupid part where they went through different ages of music or something.

The Mr.Bean part was okay though :>

Anyone watch girl's basketball? I don't want to sound like a hater or anything, but they're all just so terrible...

Gave up on the Olympics.

There's no possible way that these judges and referees can be this inept. I'm close to saying that some of these fights are being rigged.
