Ok, then your problem is you're putting a password on the account line when you make the account. The guide states clearly; DO NOT put a password for your account. The password will be stored into the database when you attempt to login to the server for the first time on a new account. From then on, continue to use the password you used the first time.

You shouldn't click backup, you should click restore...

delete the old server files,then extract again and now put the username and password correctly.

Ron or someone can you explaine(include picture) how to install 'postgresql-8.2' and 'pgadmin3-1.4.3' becoz my pgAdmin 'Casts' is (0) LOL.

Use the edit button next time.

Delete the database and make sure you have a login ID named postgre. Make sure postgre owns the database.
