When i add item all items be invisible

Hey title explain everything when i add any item every item in the game be transparent in my hand but i see them in shop and inventory and when i join room and hit wall by any of them i see the effect but i cant see the weapon
I added shotgun to shot gun folder shotgunuou.elu and its picture.dds
Then i added it to zitem in system.mrs and weapon.xml
Then i added it to matchserver zitem

You need to provide more than just a description of your problem.
Obviously you arent adding stuff correctly so give excerts of your codes and or pictures.
