Admin color orange but chatting color is blue

hi how do i change the chatting color of admin grade i can change its color in the lobby list but not the color for typing in chat

Did you make sure you have changed the color in all the locations related to that rank ?

i fought its just 1 thing controling its color i looked for more but these didnt seem to work what code should i look for to change it
