All you can do is rip the visual mesh for use in modeling software.

It will be a manual since there is no tutorial around the whole world to make the BSP file built you wanted to map file to open to GTKRadiant. You have to understand the coding of map file from GTKRadiant and from map file of bsp and to use 3rd party software/program which is you have to find it by yourself.
