[Help] Custom sets

I would like to know how to make COMPLETLY new sets in blender and how to export them on to GunZ. I already know how to export weapons(who doesn't) if you didn't know.
I have been told a long time ago that it wasn't possible but now I see people make them so I would like to know. If you can make a short tutorial on how to do it, I would really aprieciate it.

Oh and I'm not one of thoses newbies who make cardboard models etc... I make pretty decent models. Not pro but good enough.

I know that. I would like to know how to rerig and export. O.O
I see people making completely new sets.

Not really what I wanted.
I would like a tutorial on how to rig the set that I make in Blender and to export it into GunZ.
