Duel Tournament not starting?

Hi,

I fixed everything to do with Duel Tournament, got the rank images and everything. But one thing that puzzles me, is that it doesn't start, it just sits at the waiting for other players screen. This was tested with 2 other people, how many players minimum are required to play?
