Frame limiter incorrect fps

If I set my fps limit to 250, it caps at 200. If I set to 300, it caps it at 250. If I set it to 360, it caps at 333.

The safest thing is that you are not using the XML option because according to the code is for custom option and there is no way to choose whether the first option is 60/120/320 / ect, but that allows you to put any value what you want

I'm not sure what you mean. I added the xml textbox and typed the value I want to limit the fps. It limits, but not to the correct fps.
