Getting Nat network Configuration error

im getting Nat network Configuration error ive dissabled windows firewall im not using a router im just testing my server on 127.0.0.1 few years ago with my 07 server it worked fine on 127 when i would log my self in and a test user i would log in on another windows account but now when me and my test account is in game im getting the nat error with 999ping its gunz 1.5 this ones really irritating me i feel stuck could somone give me a hand please
