I can rip the models from the game, but i was wondering if there is a way without ripping it, like a program that can export it to 3ds/cinema4d

Phantom's ELU importer will import any ELU in the older formats into blender, and then you can export it where you want.

Make sure you're using the right version of Blender and that you're importing a supported version of ELU.

Then if you still get errors, post them here.

Blender 2.49b (not later) and python 2.6.2 (or later) is needed for the importer.

With this importer you should receive meshes, armatures, vertex groups, and some particle data on some sets.

Animations can also be imported, the only thing that really cant is physics data and that is hard coded.... you still have thr weight paints for softbodies and such, but they would need to be applied to modifiers within whichever software you are using

Be careful though, remember all of this is copyrighted

Since face is set at char creation and does change after
that (besides for full face models/ avatars) it is actually
kept in another model.

"woman-parts_face.elu" has the faces held for the female
models, 15 to be exact as of the Phoenix II client, and
male will be in its respective model file.

Just to give you an idea of what you should be looking
for here is a screenshot and a blend file. It always amazed
me people didnt fiddle with faces more in development. Even
the MAIET made ones were very anime-istic in style which
was part of the hype in Gunz, why they were never used
is just a mystery.

Just updated files I guess? If you aren't using the Phoenix
II repack then that is probably why o.o

Also remember there may be multiple texture files per mesh,
so you there are actually quite a few choices.

Quick way for 3DSmax would be.
Import set in Blender > Export as .3ds > import file in 3DSmax > done
