i have the error 27903 and i can't run as adminstorator because when i right click i have:
-Install
-Repair
-Uninstall
and i dont have run as adminstorator. and if i Repair it appear the same error.

i need help guys

If you want to run program as administrator and you don't have run as administrator on right click then, open cmd as administrator->write the location of the file(Example: C:\Users\PC\Desktop\MyFile.exe) ->press enter->done.

Check if your computer is 64x bit then you need a matching install.
