Ice gunz source problem help

Hello i need help please
the server is working fine i fixed every little thing
but the problem is with the port -9500
i think its blocking me to put the server online
because
1. This Port Cannot Be Forwarded
2.If i Change The Port -9500 To 8900 In locator status and locator ini
the server does not appear is there a way to make it work on a 8900 port
because its not wroking online because of the port help if you can please

change it from LOCATOR_PORT -9500 to LOCATOR_PORT 8900 you can find it to your ice gunz source
