MatchAgent Not Loading up! Please help!

Been trying to setup my own GunZ private server between me and my family. However doing all steps which worked all fine up on till I got to the matchagent. For some odd reason my match agent doesn't even load up my log seems like its working fine but I just dont see matchagent anywhere. Can't even seem to find in task manager its like its closes itself instantly or something idk. I just want a fix, I've tried looking everywhere if someone has found a legit fix please tell me how and what to do!
