matchserver is being crashing automatically on windows server 2012 it works fine on my pc

Debug the matchserver find line where errors come from or rebuild matchserver again.

no brother there is nothing related to your maximo gunz source as i said its working fine on my pc but crashing on my vps and i have checked the codes on MMatchGlobal everything is fine

You have the same problem as the other guy, they are compiling in the USA, and the Netmarble services are being activated and that asks for other tables that are not in the normal db's

The gunz project has several compilation modes among them, JPN, KOR, USA, BRZ

In the USA, the _XTRAP, _GAMEGUARD mode and also the Netmarble services (LOCALE_NHNUSA) are activated, to deactivate this #ifdef, since these codes are not currently used at all, you must still undo the #ifdef and the else, remember that if you pay the ifdef and this an else will give you an error and you don't fix the code
