Europe > Roubaix (FR)
North America > Beauharnois (CA)
Europe > Strasbourg (FR)

so what is the best internet connection speed ? coz my most players are from ph,india,USA , the netherlands

I believe this is accurate:
India has a better connection to France.
USA has a better connection to Canada.
The Netherlands has a better connection to France.
Philippines doesn't have a big difference, I believe Canada is slightly better.
