After Rendering Continuous Development and Searching and Asking...My server is fully Working except for the BP bug so that ill never make it online now maybe 1 week more to modify and observe,Thanks to all people who help me here and to all developers,now is my turn to help someone...

for the bounty bug you can just make a bounty reset argument to the database, or make a bounty rest page for your site.
