Hello friends, I need a gunz web site, I searched on some topics but all links are broken.

Most websites on here use outdated php versions and are easy to sql inject or hack. I suggest you should get someone to do it for you or make one your own.

I found a website a little old, it still uses flashplayer, would I be able to make it "current"?

Yeah you can, but between php version 5 and php version 7 is a lot different. Also watch out for backdoors since that has been done in a lot of websites.
