Do you know what's the meaning of this Variables?

Pretty sure this is the calls from NPC hits (When using Stun and Blast movesets)
When the stun is being used do blablabla
When the blast is being used do blablabla

You are correct Joe, but to be more specific, this code refers to the NPCs that shock u(AKA Stun) and the blast knocks u back when you are hit with it.
The code is normally used with NPCs, but i see no reason it cannot be implemented in other ways
