Core 2017 - Extension with Shaman disable option.

Hi, I took the initiative to make an extension of the core 2017 released source.
Btw, Thank you very much @HuninHune for the nice release.

Here I made a config to disable/enable Shaman, removed remote config and license config (yeah, it was dungerous).

Virus total Server Side: (ask R3vo)

You must be registered to see links

1) Disable the shaman creation in script.pk (charsel.dat)
2) Delete shaman models/files.
3) Use the Protection.txt to avoid shaman creation by packed.

Edit: Since people were asking a fix to client protection, here we go.

does your engine includes the f1 fix from r3volution ? i tried to compile my own but once i compile and put it in my client all my npcs goes away and i cant sit,stand, use skills, use items, anything ... lol
