Flag System without Guild?

Is it possible to create and use flags without having to create or be in a guild first? Just curious

theres two indexes which are flags which you can use w.o guild so it may be possible^^

Cool thanks i will check it out. But would be nice if was able to customize the flags like guild flags it must be possible just need to find out how :d
