Map editing

Hi!
I would like to edit my maps but in this days i can't. :/
I have KWE and Palu$ OPL for editing but the Object selection in the OPL editor is bugged and the KWE too.
I think maybe cuz i use windows 10 but i don't remember for the OS where i last edited maps.
Someone can tell me wich os can handle correctly this editors?
