Npc merchant gives no Items

Hello

I tried to add a Npc.
And it should have this task:
ex: you got a G55 armor and a other g55 armor
Now you go to the NPC and then you click on the Armor you want.
--ex:
;G55 Knight Shorts(quest (index 35171 5)(case (if (item (625 1))) (then (item (out 623)) ))(case (then (html 6000))))

You got G55 Shorts knight , and you should get G55 Knight Gloves.

My problem is, that if I click on the Part in the shop, nothing happens. Do you know why?
