[Request] FPS limiter

Hi i would like to get the KealyFPSLimiter.dll again but on the topic when i download it, it downloads just some random file .php could any-one re-upload it for me ? ^^ thx

Did you try right click and save as?

i get this "attachment.php" to save but its not the file i need

change the extension of the file from .php for example to .rar
and it should work
