Dear,

someone can fix this missing texture?

Open the .gb file of that shorts in Hex Editor and look at the end of the file for name of texture file.
Should be .gtx, .dds, .jpg, .png, ...
Then search for texture file in repack where you got this shorts and copy in Tex folder of your armors in your client.

it is a Chest and it missing -> cw_2_A07

Upload .gb file of that chest.

chest has two textures top and bottom as it seems.
