L2J L2j Epilogue - 9 Hours Buffs [Version 1.0]

Hi,

I work on my localhost server and this was necessary.
I have:
Server Version= 4412
Datapack Version= 7664

Buffs, dances, songs, chants are set to 9 hours. Warning! NOT ALL!!! I Still finding new buffs which I have not set yet...

Copy all to data\stats\ and overwrite the folder "skills".
