L2J problems with "window mode"

hello, im having troubles with running l2 in window mode
alt+enter doesnt work (neither in login screen neither after logging in)
StartupFullScreen=False (neither true or false helps) in option.ini

any suggestions how to fix it?

option in game->check "enter to chat"
and use alt+enter again
