Fixed some problems regarding PHP.

• Added $root = getenv("DOCUMENT_ROOT"); to the classes to stop giving error problems.
• General code clean up, more indention some basic code restructuring.
• Removed int casting on user id, we now only use escape string.
• Where possible I've added limit to the sql queries for speed.

That isn't the correct spirit to have. It doesn't matter if he ripped it or bought it, he didn't put credits to the creator and anyone caught using it( a hotel using failphp ) will probably get fined/sued.
