Things allowed within the Development section
• Any server/emulator that is in a development stage
• Any developing project that eventually will belong in releases (eg. Content Management System's).

Keep server release rules in mind.
• If you're responding to a thread you may not spam and say things like "Good luck", "Cool" etc
◦
This will get you an automatic infraction - there is an abundance of posts and all will be dealt with.
What to include in your thread
• Thread title tags - these are a must.
◦
To let moderators know that you have read the rules, you must put [DEV] tags on your thread,
that way a moderator can check your thread and whether or not it will be allowed or not.
• Details of the development
◦
What are you working on for the later release.
• How far your development is going.
◦

• At least one screenshot of your development.

This rule only applies if the project is not from scratch (I.E Building on top of another server)
What this section does not cover
• A thread that you are not planning on releasing eventually

Be committed or don't even create one.
• Hotel developments
◦
No hotel developments period.
• Custom furniture/layouts/badges developments
◦
No development threads period, just create and release.
• Unfinished files
◦
Unless it is the source of a project.
• Threads that include malicious downloads
◦
You will have your account terminated without hesitation.
• Threads that include advertisements for hotel retros (Unless specifically for a test hotel to demonstrate features)
◦
This rule doesn't apply if unless specifically for a test hotel to demonstrate features.
• Spam threads
◦
Threads that are useless and doesn't provide any development for Habbo Hotel private servers.
• File downloads not created by yourself
◦
Unless you have consent from the other party please don't post it, it will most likely.
• Threads requesting something to be made
◦
If you don't know how to code and want members to do it for you.
• Threads made on the sole basis of recruiting members
◦
It's fine if you have the project in developing stages but make sure you actually have a project in development before posting.
It's also fine if you get users to PM you [the thread creator] about joining the project but no excessive recruitment talk.
• Any thread that has no progress for a while, will be locked or removed
◦
If you are away from RaGEZONE for a specific period of time, post it in the first post of your thread.

A note regarding 'fake' server developments or minor modifications to source(s); there has been in myriad of server development threads which have turned out to be fake in recent months, harsher punishment will come down on users who make threads under false pretences, remember if you are going to develop a project be committed or don't make a development thread and just make a thread in the release section once you feel that you have developed it enough.
