He's trying to make the best possible framework you can make.
Even if it takes a year, you can't have a game running on a shit framework.
It isn't called a habbo development for nothing.
So what if it's Habbo? Does not mean it has to be on a shit framework? The fact that it is Habbo, does not change anything.
For fuck sake, Alex you the only one in the Java development who's still using JDBC the classic way, why not use options that people like me can't use .NET for example BoneCP, Hibernate [Not good as NHibernate] much more. Java has many reliable framework, make good use of the language...

I've had exams, and other crap to deal with. Project has also suffered various setbacks. I've also been concentrating on other projects, which are ready to go live.
Cobe has completed way more than you. You're just a cocky third rate coder who doesn't finish anything because he can't.

I kinda agree with Quackster. Yes, Habbo needs to run on a good framework. But.. not only focus on a framework. Then you can place it in computer programming forums with the title: Good framework with sockets and mysql, not as Thunderstorm in Habbo development. I don't think this fits in here, but yea as you wont listen to me I just say good luck, not sarcasm but I don't like people who spent to much time at a framework.

I don't see the issue here at all.. Leave the guy free to do whatever he wants in his development. Like both of you he didn't create thousand of topics and if he wants to spend a lot of his time on the foundation of a good server, leave him. What about IHI or Project Atom?

Lack of updates due to my 1st GCSE in a few days. I've got a banner p&g calculator done, I just need to finish it off so it dumps the keys to a file :D
