Added customs are just black boxes, why?

When I add custom furni to my catalog it is just a black box, why?

Emulator? CMS? SWFs? More detail the better.

If the image of the furniture is not loading, then you have not placed the .swf file in the correct folder according to your external variables furniture parameter.

I am using phoenix emu, RevCMS 1.9.9.9 and r63, sorry I should of put this
