Need an advice for CMS/EMU/SWFS

Hello guys :w00t:,
So, I've been away from Habbo world for about two years and I was thinking of running a hotel.
I just wanted an advice on which CMS, Emu and Swfs I should use. I'll be using IIS and will need them to be compatible with each other. I'm also thinking of developing a CMS on ASP.NET cuz I'm kinda more experienced in it that PHP and I think I can do some nice stuff

I'd highly recommend you using Chocolatey + Arcturus 1.8 + Plus SWFs

You can find the SWFs on Retroripper - as described in the Chocolatey git wiki. The cms is pretty light, and is the exact replica of habbo.com
The emulator keeps up good, has all the newest fixes and works with a really recent production
