Hello today I have a problem with chocolatey and arcturus that the client to reach the 100% alert appears and the room is disconnected ... any solution? Check the settings a thousand times and I can not find the error

Have you tried looking in the console to see if there are any errors? If there are errors, these could be the cause of the disconnections.
