You configured everything wrong.
AchievementIDS indicate which achievement you are required to obtain to unlock the associated level.
Reward Furni is the id of the furniture that will be given once you unlock the ttlevel.
Those reward_perks seem incorrect. The only perk as of now that you can obtain is TRADE
Reward badges are the badges that will be given when you unlock the ttlevel.
