You can just use an SWF pack for PlusEMU, you will just need to replace the Habbo.swf with the one specified on the Arcturus BitBucket page.

There isn't a (officially) SWF pack for Arcturus released yet. Like RetroPiggy said you could use the SWF pack of Plus emulator and it should work because there aren't significant changes.

I'm not sure that the new catalog icons are included in the SWF pack for plus emulator. When you need to download them you could use the tool to download them automatically (by TheGeneral):
