Change Respects from 15 to 3

Where do i change the Respects, i think 15 are a little bit too much.
I use the Plus Emulator v2 and the BrainCMS

You can change the structure of it in Navicat. You should look for users_settings or something like that, and look for daily_rescpect. I don't really remember the correct column.
