If you know Java then comet, as u can do the simple things it lacks, arcturus if you have not a clue what you're doing.

There are no bugs, it has bunch of wireds coded, just not the latest.

I would do comet considering that it's pretty much done.
However Arcturus is getting updated, and when it does it might improve and if you would like to change to Arcturus after opening a live hotel, there might be some complains.
