I use Chocolatey CMS, and when I sign, I have this problem.
"You need to verify that you're not a robot"

Are you using the latest version of the CMS? There's a bug in an older version.

And is the database completely setup? Seems to be another reason why it couldn't work

Do you have any adblocking on? I have had some issues, while having adblock on when I have to do a captcha.
Also, check again if all the captcha information is correct, and that the websites are added correctly to the captcha website.

Check if there is some missing database tables.
Did you complete the captcha?
