Help, 76% on the BrainCMS + PlusEMU loading screen

PlusEMU won't connect to the game. When I go to the Emulator, it says that one player is online, but the game costs 76%. Speak the necessary files, I will provide them to you. thanks for the help:

1)Check ports as 76% > 84% is generally the connection to the emulator
2)Check the dev tools in your browser for 404 errors under the network tab
