HTML in chat?

How can I enable HTML in speech balloons? Works only on balloon id 33

It is enabled client side. Use the Habbo UI editor and there should be an XML somewhere that indicates if HTML is allowed.

Enabled HTML is bad practice as people can add URLs etc. Thats why it is by default only enabled for bubbles that are not accessible for regular players.
