There aren't unfortunately, though there has been released tools to make camera possible for plus emulator easily. HabKit has /rawcam that sends the raw png data to the server. You just got to make sure that plus emulator allows big data being sent to the server. I remember there's an if that checks the size of the packet, you got to get rid of that. Or you can use the library that was released to make camera the official way.
