It is a lot faster to update a web build for noobs.
And for the love of god do not use phonixPHP or you hotel will get ruined...

I'm sorry what? I've used a PHP script that updates the web_build automatically from habbo for around 3 years now
and not once have i had a visit from them, and i'm guessing most hotels use the same method,

So just update the web build.

And as stated before JadenRetros do not use PhonixPHP as it is riddled with exploits.
