my loader on holo loads but then when it's done it gets an error and when I use different dcrs the same thing happens

When i open my loader i get this message

how can i translate HoloCMS to my language?
when i go into locale and create new language directory and translate everything , its not comeing up right in the website. i see words in jiberish.
so i was woundering how could i change the Charset to my language?
where is the charset configue for all the cms?
i found a lot of charsets but when i changed them to my language i didnt get any resault.
i'm sure there is one charset responsible to all of the CMS but i can get where it is.

if someone knows where is the charset configue to all of the HoloCMS
i will be apreciate.

You could just translate the NL one or another language and just use the country code (NL for example but have Italian translation).

I'm sorry for noob asks but...

On my HoloServer the habbos (and the admins) can't use commands (any commands)

And, can you give a SQL File or a SQL Code with more Public Categories and more Public Rooms (BattleBall included, please)?

already said that i'v tryed changing but i see jiberish.

hi ive installed holo cms fine on my site all is well:

and when i run the emulator it connects to the mysql server fine and says:

Holograph emulator ready. status: idle

How ever i can not connect to my hotel. i jsut wanted to go on to my hotel
no one elce yet so i put 127.0.0.1 in the loader ip. but yet i get a unknown error
when trying to log on and the holo emu says nothing about a usr connecting to it.
i have hosted my own dcr ( v23 ) and ex val texts. and i know this is not caused
because of that because i got the same error using the default dcr and texts from habbo.co.uk. i have no idea what is going on. everything seems fine but i can not get
onto my hotel.
