Hi members of Ragezone, in this thread I give the solution of title error:
THIS OPTION IS MORE SIMPLE
EDIT: Having seen that some people have no idea how to fix this error, give this version will not have to do anything, you just configure the emulator and play !, all I did was make load the file from the folder where is the exe avoiding having to change urls.
EMU:

In Visual Studio, open the Project Mercury and go this route: Core / ExtraSettings.cs
In "internal static string FIGUREDATA_URL ="
Instead of
In my case it would look like this " internal static string FIGUREDATA_URL = "http://127.0.0.1/swfs/figuredata.xml";"
Why 127.0.0.1? Why HoloBox falls well if my emulator still work
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to give the little button or press F5
