[Guide] Fix Phoenix 3.7 Missing news images

Hi,
Because some people have problems with there news preview images in Phoenx 3.7 I made this .zip + mini-tutorial. (Super Easy Fix)

1. Go to your Ase folder, Then to your TS folder.
2. Next download this file: Habbo News Images.
3. Extract the public folder to your ts folder.
4. Fixed!

> How do I setup the CMS? Database? and Emu? to run on Public?
> I mean how exactly can it run on public -- I know about the router part
but Im stucked with the configurations and the settings on the variable.txt

you're welcome! What do you mean with "about the router part" did you forwared your ports? Then replace 127.0.0.1 with your ip
