Localhost Habbo Retro Tutorial (XAMPP) (PLUSEMU) (2017)

Am i missing something? ive followed many guides youtube and here, and the end result is always the same im left with a white screen nothing loading, ive set it up all correct as far as im aware even so far as to basically have a premade hotel where all i needed to do was upload a database with the same name and it was all completed and still doesnt load, is there a 2018 guide or has something changed over the years

If your client is white then you propably just have to allow flash player on your browser. It just doesn't ask you to allow it the same way it did couple of years ago. If none of the pages are working then you maybe runing wrong php version or something stupid.

Can't really help more with that amount of info provided.
